FRONT DESK STAFF PLEASANT AND HELPFUL, OUR ROOM WAS CLEAN, QUIET, COMFORTABLE BEDS, BUT THE COMMON AREAS' FLOORS AND ELEVATOR FLOORS HAD SPILLAGE, SOME FOOD CRUMB PILES, THAT WERE NEVER CLEANED UP THROUGH OUR STAY.

Dont stay here unless you need something cheap and last minute. Today, was the last time with this location and brand. The biggest I have is Food Safety. Items are supposed to be kept cold for a reason. Leaving out milk, cream cheese and other items that get warm is bad. Hence the reaspn for this bad review. I had cereal with milk. The milk was warm. I put it in my mouth and immediately started gagging and ran to the bathroom to throw up. I told the front desk. She said sorry... NOTHING ELSE. After i told her i just got sick from it. All she did was go Clean out the containers of milk and thats it. The problem is that i threw up 2 more times... and no one checked up on me. Stay away from this hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here are my complaints:
1. Dirty towels left in our bathroom on door hook
2. Rip in sheet on one bed
3. One light bulb in bedside fixture didn't work
4. Musty smell in room
5. Constant dripping in bathtub
6. Slow drain in sink
7. Took almost 5 minutes to get hot water
8. Slow and cranky elevators
9. Stair wells were never swept of leaves, or stairs cleaned of spilled wine, Tuesday night to Saturday morning
10. Hole in bathroom door
11. Main floor water fountain was never cleaned off something spilled on it
12. Noisy, leaking ice machine on 3rd floor
13. Trash can by food area near lobby often overflowing, with fruit flies
The room was nice, but the service was poor. We were given the wrong room at first and had to go down for our own sofa linens late at night. The biggest issue was housekeeping: our room was never cleaned during our stay, even after we asked. We also never received the towels we requested. The staff is friendly, but the management and maintenance of the rooms need a lot of work.

Our king suite was very spacious and clean upon arrival. The bed and bedding were comfortable and of high quality. All of the staff is excellent, from front desk to continental breakfast service to housekeeping. Bring back the Bob Evans microwaveable breakfast sandwich please!
