Ok stay

Nice room and lobby. Bed was too firm for us. Hotel staff was very friendly. Felt safe in the hotel and in the parking lot. Very disappointed that Starbucks was only open until noon. Bar or restaurant was not open when we arrived at 2:00. Had food and drinks at the bar when they opened at 4:00pm but food was disappointing.

The way into the property from the parking lot is unnecessarily long and places you in dangerous situations. There are many transients and druggies wandering the lot. The covers on my bed were all stained and dirty, even the pillows had stains on them. Spend the extra $10 across the street at the hyatt. Never booking here again. Also no microwave or freezer in the rooms.

Staff was outstanding. But, overall.. the.pool was dirty and hadn't been in a few days. The spa, the levels were unkept. I paid for a room for myself and for my daughter and her best friend. . They had a keurig, i had pre Keurig. They had a digital thermostat, i had a manual thermostat my grandparents used. No baths, just a shower, bring your own pillow i guess..i recently had my c5, c6 and c7 replaced and hoped for comfort. Not everyone finds comfort in a down comforter pillow. The motion light in the bathroom is the dumbest thing ive ever seen. Im going to ask if the hotel owners and corporate have the motion lights in their bathrooms. If not, they really should try it
