Breakfast was great. Room was so-so. Ripped shower curtain led to water all over the bathroom floor. Comfortor had what looked like a blood stain on it- wouldnt replace it- because they didnt have any.

The hotel is not bad just very hot in the lobby and upstairs and took about 30min to get a luggage cart at chck out. Parking also sucked not very many handicap options.

This will be my 3rd time staying at an Embasy Suite hotel, and I have nothing but good things to say. I love the breakfast, we love how it’s a buffet style and also how you can order fresh omelettes. The only complain I have, is that there’s not enough handicap parking spaces. Also maybe better shower curtains, that prevent water from coming out, and most definitely softer towels.

Exceeded my expectations. We usually stay at the Disneyland Hotel but this was a quick trip with several family members. The hotel staff was very accommodating as they were able to put us all on the same floor with our rooms our four rooms next to each other which was great. The complimentary breakfast was served the most amazing omelets and all the food was fresh. Rooms were clean and our stay was very comfortable. Will stay again for sure!
