Good but could use some improvements

The place was great with so much potential. It did seem a little run down. There were a number of things that didn't work and places that weren't open due to a staff shortage (that's what we were told). The slides that did work were great. The staff was friendly too.

The hotel overall is very dirty. The carpet looks like it’s 50 years old and hasn’t been washed in a long time. The swimming area is also dirty. The hotel smells terrible inside. It looks like it hasn’t been remodeled in a hundred years and no money has been spent on it.

It was our first time and a great way to start our spring break ! We got the room with the wolf den it was perfect for a group of 4. Parking was great $35 non valet deposit 100 per night they let us do a late check out for a fee.

Check in took an hour but we were so happy to be able to check in before our 4:00pm check in time. We arrived at 11:00am and got our room right away. We didn't have to wait until 4:00pm. That allowed us more time at the pool, the kids really enjoyed it.
