Check in was horrible Got there right at 4pm They didn't let me check in due to expired ID She said due to Identity theft hello that's my picture! Told them my wallet got stolen and no sympathy whatsoever. I had to contact hotels.com to put reservation under his name While I had to wait for him to check in they didn't let me use the courtyard I had to get ready outside the picnic area Curled my hair got ready for the concert that started at 5:00. Never had this problem before and any other hotel and I get a room once a week staff was rude and inconsiderate. I will never go there again. Wet rug in room.

The stay was good for the price.

Bed was comfortable, with various firmness of pillows. Room was tidy and comfortably appointed. Couldn’t beat the price. The floor 2 hallway was a mess, with huge stains, lumps so big you could trip on them and perpetual trash. Part of the eco friendly was cleaning weekly instead of on demand. There was a piece of a wrapper on the floor for 3 days. The front desk staff was new, and therefore not as knowledgeable, but the manager was a superstar, and made up for that.

I liked it was pet friendly. Staff was very nice. What didn’t like was there was a horrible smell in the bathroom coming from the pipes or something. Furniture was stained and worn. One of the Elevators was out half the time. We were on the 4th floor.

Very pet friendly. Our room still had pet hair. Stayed for 2 days and no one came to clean my room. Everything was old and looked nothing like the pictures advertised. I probably will not go back to this location. Smelled very weird. Like looking under the sink and smelling old plumbing water. The guest looked homeless that needed a place to take a shower.

We had a great check in and room was well stocked with most items. Hotel advertised store, but when we realized you forgot toothpaste, we quickly learned that this store only had snacks. Had to walk to the gas station across the street to be able to get some toothpaste for the day.
