Our NO PETS & N0 SMOKING unit has one bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, new pillow top mattress and springs and 40" flat screen TV.
It has a wide sliding glass door that leads to the adjacent covered balcony with table and chairs overlooking the outdoor pool.
Oak Square has an outside pool and a large heated indoor pool w/ kiddie pool. The Heated indoor pools are open year around.
The fully equipped kitchen has ample nice oak cabinets a new four burner stove with oven, toaster, large microwave, full size refrigerator / freezer, 12 cup coffee maker, ample nice silverware, pace settings and stainless steel cookware.
The living room / dining area has a Queen size sleeper sofa for relaxing and watching the large wall mounted flat screen TV. The dining area has a nice Granite table and two chairs.
The condo has No hassle check in/out with KEYLESS ENTRY.
There are 2 conveniently located elevators and covered parking for personal vehicles, there is ample additional paved parking for trailers or boats.
The downtown location puts you very close to many shops and great restaurants.
Directly across the street there is a wide concrete sidewalk beside the river that runs through Gatlinburg. Hard to beat a cup of coffee and a morning walk along the river.
You are located in walking distance of Ripley's Aquarium, Ripley's Believe It or Not on Main St, the Aquarium, Anakeesta many shops and great restaurants.

This condo was so clean! The beds were comfortable ( bedroom and pull out sofa). Was perfect for our 3 day stay. Nice walking distance to strip and also quiet. Pools were clean. It was perfect for us. Would for sure stay again if staying in this area. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo! It was clean and well-maintained. Very convenient location- you can walk throughout Gatlinburg easily and don’t have to worry about driving and parking. Sam responded quickly to inquiries, although we didn’t have any problems to communicate to him. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

1st wedding anniversary trip

I really enjoyed everything about the room! The bed was comfy for me!! Enjoyed the fireplace. I have never stayed in a condo before and i will say this experience was great! Sam Banks is a very people friendly person. I highly recommend booking one of his rooms. We will be staying here again in the future!

Amazing stay overall!!

Everything was exactly as described in listing! Location, cleanliness and ease of check-in was perfection! The only downfall was that the cable quality on the tv was pretty bad....screens on both televisions were both very staticy and the wifi wasn't the best either but if you don't plan on staying in the room for much of trip, it wouldn't be an issue. Overall we would definitely come back!

We have stayed in many of the units on this property through the years while attending the Gaither Family Fest over Memorial Day weekend. This unit is the best of the best! They even have a Keurig coffee maker which is something we had asked the owner about previously. He listened and purchased the coffee maker. Hoping to book this same unit for next year!

Great stay

Stayed at this condo for two days. It's a perfect size for a solo traveler and it's close to quite a few restaurants. I can also appreciate that its near the stairs so I can get some extra exercise. Also easy to get to the national park.

Easy walk to downtown

The condo was nicely remodeled and had a "small cabin feel". The exterior of the entire complex was a little dated, but overall a great deal to stay a couple of nights. Easy to walk to the downtown strip without being too close. Mattress and sofa could use updating, otherwise a nice clean place to stay
