Newly remodeled in February 20, 2220
Our NO PETS & N0 SMOKING unit has one bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, new pillow top mattress and springs and 40" flat screen TV.
It has a wide sliding glass door that leads to the adjacent covered balcony with table and chairs overlooking the outdoor pool.
Oak Square has an outside pool and a large heated indoor pool w/ kiddie pool. The Heated indoor pools are open year around.
The fully equipped kitchen has ample nice oak cabinets a new four burner stove with oven, toaster, large microwave, full size refrigerator / freezer, 12 cup coffee maker, ample nice silverware, pace settings and stainless steel cookware.
The living room / dining area has a Queen size sleeper sofa for relaxing and watching the large wall mounted flat screen TV. The dining area has a nice Granite table and two chairs.
The condo has No hassle check in/out with KEYLESS ENTRY.
There are 2 conveniently located elevators and covered parking for personal vehicles, there is ample additional paved parking for trailers or boats.
The downtown location puts you very close to many shops and great restaurants.
Directly across the street there is a wide concrete sidewalk beside the river that runs through Gatlinburg. Hard to beat a cup of coffee and a morning walk along the river.
You are located in walking distance of Ripley's Aquarium, Ripley's Believe It or Not on Main St, the Aquarium, Anakeesta many shops and great restaurants.

We did not use the pool so that is why a one-star rating. The dumpster was locked and we could not get the trash emptied--left beside the elevator and notified the cleaner. Otherwise a wonderful stay!!

A incredible place to stay here in Gatlinburg! Very clean and giving a cabin feel that is very cozy! We love staying here.
