Hotel was very clean and updated. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my spacious room with a balcony looking over the river. However, hotel is at the very end of strip so it's a bit of a walk to everywhere. But area was quiet and safe overall.

We normally shy away from staying near Gatlinburg because of congestion, but this hotel was the perfect balance. Close enough for walking distance to many things yet not directly on the strip to have the privacy.

Not having our parking available, because they let that restaurant use our parking places. Unacceptable!! We paid to stay there and we should have our parking space available at all times!!! We should receive credit for not having our parking available to us!!! So wrong!!! Won’t stay here again because of that!!!

The balcony was definitely a plus! Room was clean with plenty of towels etc provided. Staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent! Tastes great and good variety. I would definitely recommend to others.

Very convenient to downtown restaurants and shopping, pleasant and helpful staff, our balcony overlooked the Pigeon River, nice room and had washer and drier on first floor. The nightly price was reasonable, including breakfast. The only negative was the hallway carpeting was worn, stained and needed updating.
Having a great stay.
Beautiful setting.
Ate at Bubba Gumps Shrimp and Seafood restaurant right down the street.
