The hotel is conveniently located downtown, near activities, shopping and dining. The property is wooded on 2 sides with the river directly in front of it. The rooms have been remodeled fairly recently and they were clean. However, there were several areas on the exterior of the building that were in disrepair (eaves & overhangs mostly) and the cornhole yard & dog exercise yard could be safer if it was fenced in. And although staff interaction was limited in our case, they were all very nice & helpful when there was engagement. So overall, it was a nice place for a good price. Definitely will consider it for future visits.

Room keys did not work initially. Then TV didn't work, ceiling square in bathroom hanging off, phone stopped working, dirty rug, toilet bowl leaked around base when flushed, rug and floor in hallway was filthy. Disappointing!

The hotel was old the rooms smelt and the door to the balcony didnt close on neither rooms i had. The hallway, stairs and elevators smelt like pee. The tvs were old and blurry. Gorgeous view but couldnt enjoy it because the balcony was dirty. I wouldnt recommend to anyone. If everything wasnt booked we would of changed our hotel and let the money go as a lost.

Clean, comfortable and walking distance to strip. Our choice each time we come to Gatlinburg. Absolutely loved the new outside sitting areas with hammocks and firepit area. We will stay again

Front desk always very friendly, room was clean and modern. No closet, only one oddly located hook for hanging clothing. The breakfast was pretty standard and they did not run out but there wasn't enough seating. Interior hallway around the elevator area had large stains on the carpet. The exterior looked worn and tired. The ceiling of the patio was dirty and perhaps moldy. Overall, it might actually be a 3 but the room was good and the exterior condition was probably fitting for the price.
