Location of the Property was perfect. Everything in walking distance but you’re not right in the middle of traffic and people . And it only takes a minute to walk to the main strip. So guiet you can hear the river. Spotless rooms balcony and fireplace wonderful. The only complaint is the bed isn’t as comfortable as I’d like was more firm and I hate the pillows. They are the kind that feel fluffy but go flat. Breakfast buffet was great and staff was excellent!

I would think Hilton would have thicker walls. There was no way to relax. Fastest check in and check out. Never even was asked how our stay was. Last time we will use Hilton.

Couples relaxing getaway

When you go on a trip and decide to stay at the hotel most of the time, thats how ot was for us. I personally liked the look. It was more on the luxury side, then like some hotels now in days with loud colors and geared for kids. It made it perfect for my wife and i. The 2 person tub in the room made it even better. I would stay here again. Also the location was great for us. It is not on the gatlinburg strip, but only a 5 minute walk , and was on the side with the best restaurants and brewery as well as the ober lift. Thanks for the great experience!

Great Hotel

Really enjoyed the hotel and all staff was friendly. The room accommodation were perfect. The wife enjoyed having a fireplace in the room as well. Only complaint was the pillows for bed were flat and way too soft for our liking. Parking was super easy.

The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly & accomoding and The location was perfect! We didn’t need to worry about driving anywhere or parking because it is walking distance to everything downtown gatlinburg had to offer. We will definitely stay here again!

Will stay again definitely.

Stay was fantastic the staff was great real friendly. Only small if any issue was you could hear the neighbors next door. Oh the bed frames, kept knocking the s--- out of our shins and knees. But everything else was great, balcony had view of the mountains. Real quiet peaceful, walking distance to the strip. Shower and bathroom was clean.
