Older hotel, could use an upgrade for sure. Beds were comfortable, shower was low pressure. Somewhat overpriced in my opinion, however it is fall in the smokies, so to be expected , and it was clean..

The hotel was showing a little age, but it was clean, and the staff at check-in was nice. Splurge for that king suit, a wrap around porch and a jetted tub?!?!? Only disappointed we were too early for fireplace season. :)

This hotel was great, we stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were spacious. However, we had 3 different bear encounters probably with the same bear. All the rooms have balconies but the bears walk the hallways/parking lot. Just be cautious, we actually enjoyed the local bear sightings from the comfort of our rooms. Don’t leave food out or in your cars. There is a lot of food options, about 10 miles in pigeon forge or 2 miles down the road.

I was not impressed with the room, especially for the money. Dirty cleaning rags left on bathroom counter. Abnoxious, intoxicated neighbors at 1 am had to be removed from hotel, not the fault of the hotel.

The property was run down and dirty. We were given a room that had a missing seal along the bottom of the door, such that we could see bugs crawling into the room. I complained and asked for a different room (which they did at least do), but added as an explanation/excuse for the bugs that "Well, we are in the mountains".

By far the worst property I've ever stayed at it is completely photoshopped I reserved to stay in a jacuzzi Room which The border was dirty had like mold looking stuff in the shower tub had black rings around the jets so I had them to change my room oh let's not add that there were big spiders in the room I killed a spider on the bed went back to the office and told them they asked if I would want them to spray it they didn't have any more rooms available so then he said I have a standard room but you cannot be refunded the difference since we don't offer refunds at this point it's late I took the room the double room button walking in no spiders but mold in the shower pull back the sheets on the bed blood stains hair on the sheets I slept sitting up in the chair me and my wife ended up checking out the next morning and they told me that I couldn't get my money back or the nights that I would not stay at this point you guys beware of this hotel it is completely awful The owner posed as the maintenance guy because he didn't want to deal with the issue so many people complained about how hard the beds was the water is nothing like the photos this by far like I said is the worst place I've ever stayed in my life if they didn't have a bear problem I would have slept in my car which that's about the coolest thing we saw on this trip at this ran down hotel was a bear outside the office bumping into people cars looking for food

Loved the large room size and beautiful rock fireplace and balcony. Beds were surprisingly comfortable we slept very well. The breakfast was very good a lot of variety…many different choices could even make your own waffles etc…nice location could walk to downtown Gatlinburg easily or jump on a trolly which was nice and convenient. The flooring in our room needed replaced. Other than that we had a nice stay.
