We love this area of Gatlinburg and have stayed here many times. Everything is within walking distance of the property. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are bears in the area and one guest had paw prints on the door of his truck.

Very Reasonable

Very reasonable hotel. Balconies were nice. The front desk was not keen to allow us extra towels (told us to bring dirty towels up to exchange for clean ones as people take towels). Laundry facilities were a bit run down, but useable. Lots of spiders in the room and lots of bears in the parking lot (but they left our car alone as we were cautious not to leave anything in there). I did enjoy the balcony, and I did enjoy the location - great access to the park and Gatlinburg strip. Parking was free. Overall a reasonable place to stay. Room was not very clean (and you could tell they didn't deep clean often), but clean enough. Night staff was very friendly.

This property is absolutely disgusting. The smell of mold in the rooms is so powerful. The man at the front is very rude and unprofessional. Don't even think about enjoying yourself in your room. I would never recommend this place. 0 stars!

Amongst the forest. Good view and close to the town. Can take a shuttle right outside the hotel so don’t need to walk or pay for parking in the town. Amazing

JUST HORRIBLE

It was horrible!!!! The rooms STINK they are NASTY, MOLD in shower and on the door jams. Floors coming up, beds are horrible, three balconies are rusted and the man Jimmy in the office was very RUDE and calling people liars on how they booked their rooms and said he was going to get it from his boss cause we booked rooms non smoking and he said no one did. The ladies in the office when I was, was very upset on him telling them they didn’t book those rooms. Just an overall horrible experience there.
