Welcome to your Smoky Mountain sanctuary. This beautiful renovated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo comfortably accommodates 7 to 8 guest and offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern elegance. Located just steps from the border of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg, it's the ideal home base for your mountain get-a-way. The master bedroom has one king bed. The large master bath has a step-in shower and a large Jacuzzi tub. The front guest bedroom has two queen beds, with an adjacent full bath with a shower/tub combination. The spacious upstairs loft bedroom, the Fox Den, has a queen bed with an adjacent full bath with a shower/tub combination. Four televisions are included, one in the living room area and one each in the three bedrooms. Our fully equipped kitchen has glassware, cookware, dishes, silverware and utensils and full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. All linens are furnished and we provide ample free parking.

The condo was great! Everything was neat and tidy when we first checked in. Checkout process was easy. The condo itself is located at the perfect location, quick walk to downtown Gatlinburg and quick walk into the Smokies. Couldn't have asked for more from this VRBO!

Christmas celebration

This place was great for getting away with our parents and daughter! An older property but very clean - and a perfect location! Quiet but close to the best restaurants in Gatlinburg

Great place but...

We’ve stayed in these condos since the early 90’s. Great location, and property is clean. However this place could use a remodel. Leather sectional is uncomfortable, coming apart and stained. All the beds need to be updated the mattress are saggy and uncomfortable. Pillows are flat. I really love this place but it just needs to be updated. Also the green carpet 🤦🏼‍♀️

Park place condos

We have stayed in these condos before, but first time in this unit. The place is nice because it’s big enough for my family and the price is great. However, the place was not as clean as I would have liked it to be. There was what appeared to be urine on the bathroom floor upstairs when we got there. Some of the doors don’t shut and some of the doors don’t have locks on them, like the bathroom door. Light fixture over the table had several lightbulbs out. The place is outdated, but if it had been cleaner, I would be ok with that. Kitchen could use updating. Oven handle is bent. The balcony is nice and the location is prime, but I’m not sure we will stay there again.

Great location and good set up.

Everything was really easy and the accommodations were nice. The only disappointment was the bedding was sub par and not clean. So needs more attention.
