Some problems

This Hotel was a 3 out of 5 for me when we first arrived check in was quick and easy then we headed to the room and the refrigerator was broken but they fixed it right away. The phone did not work also but the guy that dropped the new refrigerator off fixed that issue also. The pictures of the pool area are not up to date but it was still a good time everything else was perfect

This will be our fourth time at the aspire, I’m not sure what happened this time. The room was dirty and my TV didn’t work. On a positive note once I told the front desk my TV didn’t work they did fix it. Breakfast used to be the best part of our stay but this time it was disappointing and frankly disgusting. I will not be back.

Visit to Gettysburg seminary & battlefield

It was quiet and clean. Very comfortable. And literally on the edge of the battlefield. Close to the downtown and the highways and very convenient to everything

Problem is none of the vending machines take credit card, the atm is broken, and the cafe does open at the time specified. I have been coming to this hotel a couple times a year and this is getting annoying and consider stay at another hotel next time.

The room was very cold. Indeed we were the only customers in the hotel!!! We came to the hotel after the full day skiing and wanted to be in warmth, but the room was very cold. The heater has heated the room in 1 hr only. We could not sleep at night as the heater was extremely noisy. The coffee machine in room was broken. The staff was very helpful - they gave me another coffee machine. The hair dryer was broken. The breakfast included a crunch, apple sauce and orange juice. The staff was helpful with figuring out what to do in this area. The hotel is not recommended for stay.
