Great place to stay.

The complimentary breakfast was great. They had many choices and it was delicious. The coffee was exceptional.. The hotel was very clean and updated. The outlet shoppes are nearby and we were able to get food delivered right to our room. And, it's less than 2 miles from the Gettysburg National Park.

Keys weren't activated for our room and the front desk clerk just stated that, didn't apologize that she forgot to activate them. Holiday Inn overall should also consider their pet fee of $50/night per pet regardless of size. Other hotels don't charge a fee at all, or charge that for 2 small pets. Location is convenient and was very quiet to get a good night sleep.

Hairy cruddy bathroom and dank eggs

The bathroom was not clean from the dirty towel hanging to hair in the sink around toilet and the tub drain was grossly dirty. The bed was hard also. The staff was nice and i showed them pics of these complaints and i was told it was 3 rd party so they couldn't do anything. I said I'm cool with them just telling the staff to do better anyhow. Would never stay there again. Didn't use the shower due to the cruddy drain. Manager and front desk staff being nice is only thing positive i could say and it was better than sleeping outside.
