Very nice room as it was. Getting long in the tooth for carpet, furnishings but clean and neat. Very convenient for the fairgrounds which is what sold us. Good breakfast. Staff was friendly and excellent.

Great customer service. Easy check-in, good breakfast and nice property. The room smelled smokey but it's an old motel. You can tell they take pride in the appearance of the property.

The rooms are old but very clean and bathrooms are very ckean and updated as well, breakfast is actually good too with homemade oatmeal.

Great breakfast, good coffee.(Eggs, meats, potatoes, waffles, yogurt, fruit, fried burritos oatmeal and celophane muffins) The room was spacious, but defects in walls had white crack filler that had not been painted yet. Sink was old and discolored with no stopper and weak water flow. Bathtub shower had good shower head. Nice towels. Adequate electric outlets and lamps. Nice M/W and fridge Overall good value. Depressing downtown location, but appeared safe.

The people were nice. The service was great, and there was an *actual* Continental breakfast (sausage, eggs, coffee, etc) rather than a sad frozen burrito like most motels.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. The flowers on the balconies and front of the motel added a nice touch to an older motel. Best breakfast with many options including, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, fruit, cappuccino, coffee, orange and apple juice that was being restocked even though the breakfast area would be closed in less than 30 minutes. Room was spacious and clean and we could park right outside our door. We walked for several blocks after dark and felt safe. Would definitely stay here again.
