The rooms where very cold. Heating was not effective. When we raised the concern they just provided with blankets. No initiative to fix the issue. Cleaning staff where great, breakfast was good. Family friendly hotel but they can improve the heating.

Check in was very efficient, front desk staff were very professional. When we got to the room, the staff knocked with a happy birthday cupcake. The room was clean and had a great view. Close and convenient to all shops, bars, restaurants and beach. Swimming pool, gym and laundry facilities at a small cost. Pool towels provided.

Very centrally located. So loud at night because of the nightclubs. So loud in the rooms, couldn’t sleep. Bits of the hotel were a bit dated. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Staff generally nice. Parking is at a cost of $25 a night.

Location is great and we had an ocean view for a reasonable price. The brekkie was very good and included in our booking. They didn’t clean the rooms regularly and even when they did they only changed towels, didn’t clean floors or the beds.

I recently stayed at this hotel for five days, and while the initial four days were pleasant, the experience was significantly marred by an issue on the final day. Due to a flight cancellation, we needed an extra night. However, the hotel required us to check out of our room and wait for several hours before the new room was ready. This meant we had to vacate the room from 11 AM to 2 PM, which was inconvenient. It felt like the hotel could have handled this situation more smoothly, perhaps by allowing us to stay in the original room or providing an alternative solution to avoid the extended wait. Despite the initial good experience, this inconvenience significantly impacted my overall satisfaction.

Awesome central location. Close to transport and with the 50 cents trial in QLD, it was great. The room we were in needed to be renovated badly. I think the hotel is going through stages of renovation and they did message before the trip to let us know of disruptions in some areas. Could see signs of mold in the bathroom due to lack of ventilation, the fan did not seem to be working. Breakfast was chaotic because of the busy holiday period. Staff struggled with tables turnover. A trolley to help them with table clearing would be helpful I think. Overall it was okay for a quick trip due to the location and we hardly stayed in the room other than for rest. My son found a dead baby cockroach on the bench. Like a said, in need of a refresh.
