Definitely was not 8 out of 10 stars. Reviews were deceiving. We didnt stay and of course, non-refundable. Room was older and not very clean. The bed had a downward tilt... learned a lesson not to pre-book until arriving at the property.

Loud guest. The night shift on duty is rude and does not do her job when it comes to disturbances of other guest to guest that stay regularly and follow the rules. This is absurd that its Friday, these guests are drunk and belligerent and Im told to speak with the Manager who will not be here until MONDAY. ABSURD way to run a business. I will take care of it myself and if anything happens to me, I will sue with full for e this establishment!

We didn’t even stay, the photos made it look promising but the walls had splashes of who knows what and they blamed it on the “people who stay their are dirty” so they apparently don’t bother cleaning throughly , canceled and am waiting on a refund since I paid the extra for travel protection. Was in and out of this facility in 20 minutes

Absolutely excellent! Very clean and the housekeeper actually comes every day! Ive stayed in a few places in this area and this is by far the best place I have stayed for certain!!! All the staff are very professional and very friendly! It is quiet and feels safe!!!

I wish I had seen this place advertised before I paid too much for disgusting and unsafe quarters down the road last week. The staff here are lovely!!! Room very clean and an actual quiet, safe environment!! I have a few weeks left and this may very well be where I stay!

Everything was excellent, except there was either a roach, or a very fast crawling stink bug. I only saw one, at the head of the bed when i pulled the mattress out to check for bed bugs, as i do at every hotel. No matter the quality of the hotel. Be it the hilton or red roof in.
