I didn’t like that I was charged additional money upon checking in for “incidentals“. This wasn’t the customary hold that they do in case there’s a problem. It turned out it was just extra money. They get to keep. In the past the amount I pay when I book on Expedia is the amount I’m charged. I felt like they were up charging me after the fact, and I did not like it.

They are remodeling the rooms, they have a nice little fridge/microwave. Beds are comfortable. We have stayed here many times. Convenient for dining in area. We have stayed here to ride ATV's as well. Trailer parking is good . Bottom rooms can be loud if lots of people above you.

When we got there we found the sheets were stained and the shower floor was stained. The shower head broke off and we only had a trickle of water. When we called the front they said if there was someone available they would come look at it. No one came. The hot tub water looked like lemonade and smelled like dirty people and bleach combined.

The site has a Quality Inn and a Rodeway Inn which share the pool, breakfast space and exercise room. We stayed at the Rodeway and it is very basic. It is across the parking lot from the Quality Inn where breakfast was offered in a very small space. The pool was in another building on the other side of the Quality Inn. Our room was obviously recently refurbished but had poor wiring design. For example, the overhead light switch (by the room door) also turned off the bedside lamp and phone charging outlet. Very inconvenient.
