Reserved the junior suite with 2 queen beds, couch, etc. The junior suites are only located on the 2nd floor with no elevator. We got bumped to their smaller rooms with 2 double beds. No compensation was offered for the cost difference. They could have at least offered free breakfast for the lack of accommodations for physically disabled persons.

There’s lot of amenities but the overall condition is just okay and in some places, not acceptable. The pool area has a steam room and sauna and both are dirty with wrapped on the floor and the occasional ant. The jacuzzi doesn’t get very hot. And in the men’s changing area and restroom, there’s mold and mildew around the shower and other wet areas. The rooms were okay but maintenance is mostly slathered patches of drywall mud. The beds are good but the pillows are the thinnest I’ve ever seen in a hotel. It was decent for the price but they definitely need to step up their maintenance and cleaning.

Unfortunately the stay wasn't ideal. Our beds had hairs all through the sheets when we removed the covers. Beds were pretty firm for my liking (not weighed into this grading). We did not have hot water in the morning. It was less than luke warm. Bathroom is pretty outdated and worn down. The pool area was alright but it became less than kid friendly when adults came to drink.The res turant was the only positive experience. The food was great and the service was exceptional. I would come back to eat but that's about it.

This place is wonderful!! My kids are having a blast, the rooms are clean, the pool area is clean, the arcade is an awesome feature, and the whole place just has a comfortable atmosphere. We haven’t eaten yet, but glancing at the menu the food is priced much cheaper and very affordable! T&C is well worth the money and we WILL be back!!

I got lost on the way there and had to call them at 10pm the front desk told me that I was minutes away and guided me to them in just a few minutes. Then on my last night there I ordered dinner to go and when I went to pay I was ready to give the hostess a tip when she said it was already added to my bill. I really appreciated her honesty. Been here many times. It was my girlfriend's first time. She loved it and we had a great time! Breakfast and dinner were superb. Sunday buffet was just what we needed! Not your average hotel buffet.
