I really enjoyed the stay, the facilities were great. Clean and quiet room, fast and free WiFi and the pool, hot tub & sauna were clean. There were lots of people in the area and I waited patiently for all of them to clear out! My husband and I enjoyed the on-site restaurant for dinner and it was great. Very reasonable prices!Our server , Chance was super! I would highly recommend! Would stay again!

Staff was very nice and accommodating and parking lot was an ice rink when we woke up understandably for the weather conditions, but there was no treatment to the ice. Saw several guest, trying to move through the parking lot without any help or assaulting or sanding. We stayed at this property multiple times in the staff and the guest in the atmosphere has been great, but this experience was underwhelming Under the circumstances. We will return for a future visit.

I was very disappointed with this hotel stay. The room facilities are extremely outdated — the bedding and sheets honestly felt like they had been used for decades. While this was already unpleasant, it was not the worst part. The most unacceptable issue was a serious safety hazard in the room. There were several sharp metal pieces sticking out near the side of the bed, and my child’s legs were hit multiple times. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel room, especially for families with children. Such obvious hazards should never exist. In addition, the soundproofing was terrible. We could clearly hear loud banging from the neighboring room — bed noises and wall knocking late into the night — making it impossible to rest. Overall, this hotel does not meet basic standards for comfort or safety. I would not recommend staying here.
