We booked our reservation through Expedia for a 4 night stay. It was not disclosed that the elevator was not working. My 12 year old son had knee surgery the day before and obviously could not go up the 3 flights of stairs. The desk clerk was rude and refused to help at all saying that she could not cancel the reservation. She refused to contact her supervisor - only gave me an email for the property manager. By the way, I did email the property manager and now 3 days later have still not heard back.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. Poorly trained staff. But the property manager is ultimately the problem as there was no one in a supervisory position to help with an obviously urgent matter.
Not having ADA access is illegal. But refusing to help when you did not disclose that you didn’t have ADA access is the worst part. I will never book another reservation at this property.
