Wonderful pace to stay. Easy walking distance to many good places to eat. Easy walk to the Durango to Silverton train station. Has its own private parking. Clean rooms with separate living, kitchen, and bedroom. Kitchen was fully furnished. Will be back!!!

The hotel was very nice, but access in and out of the driveway is a little dangerous being so close to a freeway exit with lots of large trucks entering and exiting the freeway

Beautiful property and while it doesn’t look like much on the outside it’s amazing on the inside. Lovely dining area with a great gift shop. The rooms are exceptionally nice. You get a lot of bang for your buck. It’s a large property and spread out, if you’re at the end you may want to drive. They give you a map!

Great property with lots of little touches that made it better. Of course the bed was great and the temperatures set were accurate and quiet. The bathroom was equal to any highest end resort. Shower with great power. Sink in area of toilet as well as outside away from the shower. Lighting was superb. Two night lights in bathroom and magnifying lit mirror. Grounds were immaculate and lots to do outside. Only complaint was that the refrigerator fan whined whenever it started up and scared us a bit during the night.

What I hope was a very unusual event happened to me around 9:00 pm. My husband was asleep. I was pushing my legs further down inside the tight sheets on the bed. Suddenly, what is similar to an electric shock struck my ankle. I knew (PHX resident) that it was a scorpion. Our room was first floor and faced the forest. Yes, Flagstaff has scorpions (usually bark scorpions). I did all the right things for a sting, but got no sleep that night in fear and some pain. They changed our room, but to date have not made any adjustment on our bill. That may change. I slept in tight pants and long socks even in the new room. 🦂😱
