Disaster! Checking in, the key fob wasn't there. Blake gave a front door code, Instead of 2 key fobs we only found 1. The carpets on ALL of the floors are stained and filthy, truly disgusting. The stairs in the unit are dangerous, the lighting is poor. There are three flights of stairs, hardwood, and grain in the wood can play tricks on your eyes and make them treacherous. Bottom floor lights didn't work, bulbs were missing, the outdoor patio was dry rotted and had goose poop all over it. One chair was broken. The middle floor has two bedrooms with a jack and jill bath. The bathtub was old and nasty. The towel holder was broken and fell off the wall. The ceiling fan in the king bedroom did not work. The patio on this floor was filthy with mold and lichen. The top floor kitchen has two big cracks in the counter. The sliding door locks didn't work. There were no cushions for any of the outdoor furniture. The gas grill looked like it had never been cleaned. We couldn't get the Roku to work. No observation deck. We called Blake to ask how to access it and he said use the elevator to the 4th floor or the stairway told him both were locked and we never heard back. Beds were old, uncomfortable and pillows were flat. Cobwebs and dust everywhere. Cheap furniture all banged up and scratched. No tissues or hygiene products provided, we had to buy hand soap. One star for the location and the view.

We were happy with the location and overall had a good experience. The place needs a good deep clean and some TLC (loose/exposed light switches, heavily stained carpet, sink didn’t drain correctly). We felt safe in our location and enjoyed the fountain at night (our young kids were even able to sleep through it two of the nights)

This was our second time at this place and enjoyed it very much. The place was very clean and had comfortable beds and a new couch with pull out bed. Convenient to many dining options and a short ride to the beach or walk out to the pier.

We were in town for my son’s wedding. This location was so close to everything. We were nice and centrally located. The penthouse is beautiful and has so much room and beautiful views from the third floor windows and balcony.

Another Beautiful Weekend In Grand Haven

We have stayed in this property for the second time in as many years. We love the location and the layout. It's perfect for families with the three bedrooms and several more spots for sleeping. Two full baths on the floors with bedrooms, and the half bath on the third floor are very convenient, as well as the two full kitchens and laundry rooms. Parking is adjacent to the building and safe; with marked spaces and simple parking passes included. Entry to the building is secure with an issued key fob required for access. This unit is equipped with a digital lock keypad which is super convenient for those of us who have misplaced keys... The location is what is best about this property - a beautiful view of the river, harbor and lake; walking distance to everything - even the state park beach and light house, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. There is a very nice playground near the YMCA facility that is well cushioned and has lots of up to date equipment - also an easy 5-10 minute walk along the river. Speaking of walks along the river... This location is as close to the river as you can get and overlooks it and the harbor. It's one or two minutes to the river and the wide walkway that borders it. From this property, you can view the colorful waterworks show on Friday and Saturday nights, choreographed to music. The audio/ lasts for 30 minutes or so and is an awesome sight! Enjoy!

Right There Downtown

We enjoyed our downtown penthouse. The view from the upper balcony was fantastic. The condo was well appointed and clean. The location was right in the heart of Grand Haven, with easy walking to the pier, restaurants, a brewpub and much more. If you have mobility issues, consider the stairs between floors...we are 70 and had no problems, but if you have mobility issues, you may want to consider. Certainly the first floor has a very nice bedroom and bath, but to get to the other bedrooms. it is a bit of stairs. Very sturdy.

Great place and location

This was a great place to stay with plenty of room for 6 adults and 1 infant. The beds were comfortable and having 2 &1/2 baths was very convenient. 2 kitchens was also good for the people on the 1st floor to have snacks at night. The location was ideal for walking to all the downtown restaurants and the top floor balcony gave a beautiful view around the city, up to the YMCA sand dune hill and the nightly musical fountain show.
