When we arrived at the hotel, we only had one bed and were told that the extra bed was not available. We shared a bed for three people, even though we paid at least $20 more for two beds. Expedia informed me that they would not refund us or change our room because that is the hotel's policy and claimed that it was the hotel itself that described the information on its website. I informed Expedia about the cigarette smell, since we paid directly through the app, only they could resolve it, and they offered me a $25 voucher for a future reservation. Of course, I declined. The room had hard pillows; it smelled of dirt and cigarettes; there was no trash can in the bathroom and the curtains were as dirty as the floor in the hallways, it was disgusting to see. Both Expedia and the hotel could have tried to help. Wasn’t it the hotel’s policy to offer me a non-smoking room? Or does it only work when you want it to? The next day, around 7am, the receptionist tried to break down the door to the room, until my husband woke up and went to see what was wrong. The front desk clerk told us that we had been refunded and that was why he wasn't waiting for us there. We packed up our things and went downstairs to leave. When we handed in the key at the front desk, the receptionist on duty said there would be no refund. So we handed in the keys and left early, very early. No receptionist even apologized. I will never use this platform again and I will never stay at any Ramada again.

No Internet and told to keep trying, never did come back, room was ice cold and would not get under control no matter what you did. placed on second floor with no elevator and had to drag luggage up two sets of stairs and one fell all the way back down. The next morning the kid at the front desk was so rude it was disgusting.....never again
