My stay

We enjoyed our stay well enough. Rooms were clean, not as much the rest of the facilities. The breakfast left a lot to be desired but wasn't terrible.

Hotel was very clean as well as the room. Came for the Blake Shleton concert and a shuttle was offered by another company, this made it so much easier and less stressful to get to the coliseum.

You could hear thru the walls. Were where inn2 different rooms and kept hearing water dripping from the room above.

Not a great overall impression!

The front desk staff and maintenance guy was awesome! However, there weren't any light bulbs in either lamp on the nightstand and the tv wasn't working. The duvet didn't look fresh and the overall cleanliness of the room and furniture wasn't up to par.

Stay was alright. Noisy at times, there was a group at hotel that was noisy first night. Breakfast was nothing special. Same items every day. Would stay again, but it was all just ok.

The staff and service at this hotel was amazing! Everyone greeted us with smiles and a happy attitude. We asked for more towels and the staff said he would need to run next door to their “sister hotel” to grab some extras and he was back within 10 minutes of our request. We will definitely keep this hotel on our list to stay at for future trips.

We stayed in Room 106. The Shower water pressure was almost nonexistent. It did not flow out enough to properly wash or rinse off. We asked staff for another room. However the property was sold out.

Not a desirable hotel

It was not a very favorable stay. First, our room, although very spacious, had a dirty bathroom. There was a visible, non-permanent ring in the toilet that showed the toilet hadn’t been cleaned in a while and the shower had numerous hairs still in it. The room was so dark with no ceiling lights and dim bulbs in the lamps. In fact, we had to go ask for a bulb for one of them. We were put in room 101 at the end of the hall directly across from the stairwell door which apparently a LOT of people like to use. It slammed so loud constantly! At the very least, the hotel should put a sign on the door trying to draw attention to ask people to not let the door slam. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the people next door talking and their tv. We could hear all the noise from the lobby/breakfast area early in the morning. The shower barely sprayed water and the phone didn’t work. The front desk staff were nice. But overall, it is not a place I will stay again.

Guest yelling down the hallways, walls are paper thin, babies crying, you can hear footsteps, banging on doors, dropping things from above, the list goes on. Me and my family did not get a lick of sleep staying here , save your money.

Take charge of your hotel

Complained 3 times about the noise upstairs, and was made to move at 2:30am , instead of the people above me moving to a lower floor.
