Everything was amazing. The hospitality was phenomenal and everyone was super nice and helpful. The food was delicious and I didn’t know there was free dinner aswell! I loved every part of my stay and I would definitely love to come back to drury inn next time I come to Greensboro!

The pet policy was very vague. I was charged for two dogs, which is fine if that is truly how the policy works, but I was told the agent would check with her manager to confirm. When I checked out, she said she would call me back because she hadn’t received his response yet. I understand delays happen, but there was no follow-up or urgency to provide the correct information, which is concerning given that it directly affects what I was charged.

The staff in all area we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Probably the best hotel staff experience I’ve seen in a while! There was also security on staff at the entrance which I appreciated. The room was clean and the property was clean. Great stay!

Every area of this hotel was very clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast and the evening meals that were provided were a bonus! The pool area and hot tub was comfortable. The workout area was also very nice.
