Ive veen a geust at this hotel 6 times this year i live in Florida and come up to visit family often. First Young lady black straight hair tons of makeup on at front desk very rude and argumentative had zero patience or understanding when dealing with my mother. Coffee machine in lobby broke as well as in the room. shower head broke improperly installed so it just leaked choppy water flow out the from the nozzle as well as the second room. Temp control interface broke in both rooms so heat wasn’t a option while it was in the 20s and 30s outside the unit was set to ac so it was like the ice age in my room with my pregnant wife NOT OKAY. Someone was smoking Marijuana on the second floor as well as being extremely loud. Constriction noise and vibration early in the moring and late in the evening. This isn’t my usual experience with this best Western but now i have a bad taste in my mouth after this. Worst hotel experience ive ever had.

The check in was the problem. We arrived at 12:30 hoping for an early check-in. Went round and around with the staff who told us that there was a $21 fee but yet there were no rooms yet available. They were sold out, but no one else was standing there with me and at that hour it was ridiculous to not have a room available and even if there were one to charge for it. I've checked in some hotels as early as 8:00 or 9:00AM and never been charged.

Overall a good hotel. Only issues I had was the pillows were terrible and people were loud in hallways at 1am throughout the night. Hotel was very clean and in a great area. Parking was free and easy to go in and out.
