Checked in close to midnight because of a delayed flight and I booked just to get some rest before traveling again. I specifically asked the gentlemen at the desk for a noon checkout, which was granted to me. Housekeeping tried to barge into my door at 9am and would have come all the way in if I didn’t have the stopper on the door. My door was knocked on 2 more times before 11 am. There were no “Do Not Disturb” hangers available for the door and obviously my request wasn’t communicated to the housekeeping staff. The hotel itself was fine but there needs to be better communication with the staff for special requests.

This Is Not Mid-town Suites! Had I known when I booked that when I arrived this hotel would Not be Mid-town Suites! No Full Size Refrigerator No Sink For My Convenience and Expectations. The Have an Larger Deposit Requirement. Very Deceitful Very Disappointing. Ive Never would've Stayed Here Willingly! Nonrefundable so I'M Stuck!😫

*NOTE: This place is in transition to become a La Quinta. Stay overall was nice. Only negative was the shampoo supplied by the hotel already had the seal broken. Everything else was very nice. Would repeat.

The stay @ the motel was truly exceptional. Although they are going through major renovation, the work was mostly behind the scene. The room that We had was entirely new. Very nicely done and immaculately clean. Large rooms and amenities were readily available. Staff and service workers were very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely use the motel again and recommend highly.

The toilet didn't work. I asked for it to be repaired. It wasn't. I asked again in the evening. No one was there to help, they gave me a plunger but that didn't help.

Not only was every bit of the customer service complete nonsense, and trash, our first night there we had to ask for someone to clean our room during the day and it wasn’t even cleaned properly. On top of that the whole hotel reeked of marijuana the second night that we were there we had to again come back later in the afternoon and have a dirty hotel room, I have a disabled husband and a 15 month old baby! and had to ask again for the room to be clean only for it not to be done properly, not have any of the amenities basic necessities. I should say, replenished soap, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper. The shower wasn’t even cleaned because there was a cup that I had left in there the night previous! We are polite people we make things tidy and easy for them to clean up, we have worked in hospitality all of our lives, and this was absolute nonsense, the owner or manager said he was the highest one up other than God himself, and those are word for word what he said verbatim I would give this a 10 out of 10 of not to stay there ever I have a video, but I can only upload pictures and that’s a crying, shame

No coffee available in room. Breakfast was very limited, no decaf first day, no coffee at all by 9:30 am second day. Staff blamed it on renovations being done, which made no sense. Bathroom had very little counter space

The hotel is under renovation and when I called the gentleman on the phone said they weren’t. So that made me a little worried. The room itself was nice but no ice machine was in the hotel. No public bathroom downstairs. They just need to be honest with customers about the renovations.

The hotel is not ready to receive customers, at least not for that price. The hotel it's going through construction and remodelation. It was very unprofessional for your website not to disclose this to us. They were also putting La Quinta hotel sign on my wall. I got pictures and videoto proove it. I had driven 18 hours to get here and sleep. When I got there it was so noisy. I could not even bear to be in the hotel. The drill noise was very loud on my wall where the bed was. On the four floor. I was offer a refund. However, it would had been more expensive to get a hotel on the spot. I am so disappointed for you to not disclose this with me and other of your customer's. If nothing is done, do not expect me to use your site again.
