We just needed one night stay. Our flight was delayed. We were pick up at the airport by shuttle bus. Since we got there so late, we requested a late check out and it was granted. Staff was very helpful. Our room was very comfortable. Clean bathroom. All was very nice.

This is an excellent stay, we had a quick layover and the hotel was nice and clean. Also provided free airport shuttle. Staff was so friendly, my brother forgot his phone in the room and they were great about looking for it and even came to the airport to drop it off for us.

This hotel is surprisingly good! As a foodie, I really LOVED their breakfast. So many good options. I got the suite which was very spacious and confortable. Service was great in all terms: front desk, room service, etc. I would stay there again.

In as few words as possible: Outstanding!! the hotel has long been recognized as a top establishment in the city, very nice to know 20 yrs after my last stay the service hasn't decayed at all, clean rooms and facilities, excellent customer service and Amazing dining options (A+++ breakfast just WOW) it sure won't be our last visit, hope they keep up the good work
