Very convenient location. Walkable to the Malls and even to Jonker Street. Lots of local food options too. Only negative comment from wife was hint of lingering ciggy smoke smell in the room and corridors

Everything was great just that it was kind of slow for the check in process base on previous trips. However the service to hold our luggage and also the poetter services to check in and check out was great. All staff was great.

Overall, my stay at Hatten Hotel was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement. 1. Reception service needs serious improvement. The counter was closed without any notice while I was waiting, and staff were unhelpful and some even walked away without answering questions. 2. The room was decent, but it could use some maintenance and updates. 3. Parking isn’t ideal. It costs RM5, and only two floors have convenient lift access to the hotel rooms. The others have limited access to general areas only. 4. The swimming pool was a highlight. It has a beautiful view and clean water—I really enjoyed it. 5. Great location. The hotel is close to tourist attractions and there are plenty of food options nearby.

Hatten is in serious need of revamp. Shower drain is choked, basin is choked, broken power socket, algae and mouldy bathroom, broken old furnitures, zero cleaniness of the room. Totally not recommended to stay here, there are other great options nearby also. Breakfast is depressed, we end up eating outside for 2 days even thou we paid for the breakfast.

Hotel has aged quite a bit, most obvious was the bathroom/toilet tiles. but overall is still clean and check in/out was fast and hassle free. Location is excellent within walking distance to great food joints, special mention to chinese restaurant Congee, noodles and rice which serves good zhi char!

The location of the hotel was fantastic. However check in was VERY slow and the staff seemed overwhelmed. The hotel room is clean but showing signs of sgeing and in need of upgrading, same as the cafe.

Was a nice trip here. Just a little disappointed the mall was under renovation and nothing was opened much..but other malls were nearby so that's ok. Staff were nice, friendly it's easy access everywhere
