Accidental booked this one instead of the one in orange Beach. Needless to say the overall experience was better than that one as that's where i usually stay. Bed was so comfortable. Room was nice and clean. Quiet. You can't hear through the walls like most hotels. Probably why i slept so wonderful 😌 that ➕️ the bedding/ mattress. I loved the little kitchenette area though we didn't use it. Maybe next time for much a longer stay. Very quiet and just a wonderful stay!

Bed and pillows are comfortable. There is no free breakfast, but you can go next door to their pricey restaurant. We went somewhere else for breakfast. At check-in, the person at the front desk was not very cordial. The property itself looks like it needs some refurbishment. The only real plus is that it is right on the beach.

When I originally booked the hotel the weather was to be In the 70s. Like weather does that changed. I didn’t cancel the booking because the hotel has an indoor pool which could be used when the beach was too cold. Well the pool was closed. I would have cancelled the trip or booked another location had I known. The front staff stayed in the back room behind the front desk so it was hard to get service. Cleaning staff was amazing and sweet

The place was close to areas food and thr hang out. Housekeeping was nice and i feel front desk could have been more informative about stays like where our room would be or where we can park ,where rhe pools are or the restaurants and maybe smile a little bit. Or that id have to get new keys if i extended my stay. Just stuff like that helps.

Not the greatest

Room smelled terrible of cooked bacon for the whole first half of our stay. Asked for air freshener and was told someone would have to come to our room to spray it. They never showed. Staff wasn’t friendly at all. The bathtub was stopped up so it held water while you showered. The bed was comfortable and the pancake house was pretty good, a little pricey for breakfast food but it tasted good. Last day of our stay the elevator went out so we had to carry all our luggage down 3 floors of steps. Definitely not fun!
