The new pool area was nice and location was great.The room was filthy.Everything was so old and dated. The carpet was very old and dirty. I wore my shoes in the shower. Hilton price, voucher quality.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. However our room had an unpleasant odor, threadbare carpet, wooden cabinet door housing the refrigerator would not close, holes in the curtain, the only chair in the room was uncomfortable and a sliding balcony door hard to lock. The standards were not what we are accustomed to from Hilton properties.

Very disappointing for a Hilton branded hotel. The condition of the hotel and room was not good. My room smelled terrible. When the dogs in the room next door started howling and barking, then I knew what the smell was in the room. There must have been 20+ dogs at the hotel. I was told by a couple to take another elevator because their dog was "not stranger friendly". I can't believe that Hilton promotes this type of atmosphere in their hotels. Back to Marriotts only.
