Guest Bedroom #3 contains a Full size bed, a Twin Daybed, and 2 extra Twin roll-aways in the closet . **Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.

**All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (January & February) - All monthly reservations must be booked from the 1st to the 1st only. No partial or mid-month reservations will be accepted at the discounted monthly rate. To get your quote, you must set the dates from the first to the first of each month. Or, you may give us a call for these rates and terms.
