This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath condo features floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the open living, dining, and kitchen areas with natural light. Relax on the large sectional while enjoying the Smart TV, gather at the dining table for 8, or enjoy additional seating at the oversized quartz waterfall island in the fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances.
Step out onto the expansive wraparound balcony and take in beautiful views of Gulf Shores. This outdoor space, accessible from multiple bedrooms, is perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The unit includes three king suites, each with a Smart TV, private balcony access and an ensuite bathroom. The bonus room features two twin beds with a trundle and can accommodate up to three guests. A convenient half bath is located in the hallway.

The condo served all our family’s needs. It was central located and the unit was clean when we arrived. I am defiantly booking again if and when we come back to visit. One rug in master bedroom needs to be replaced it was collecting a lot of sand and mold was setting in. But everything else was perfect! The pool was an added bonus!

Not happy with our stay

We couldnt get anyone to answer us through the host via the app. The room was not clean at all, the smoke alarms went off for no reason in our room for over 30 mins., the dryer was so loud it sounded like it was about to break, there were no kitchen towels or pot holders.

Good for older teens and adults

I don't often rent VRBO places from management companies - prefer the personalization and items included. That being said, here are our pros/cons list:PROS: - Right on the beach. - First floor of building is a souvenir/convenient shop. - Plenty of space with three king rooms that each have full en suite bathrooms with a bonus room that has two twins. addtl 1/2 bath. - Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shops, and souvenir shops. Directly across the street from The Hangout (live music, foam parties, casual eatery). - After you book the management company gives information on what to bring, check in, where to park, etc. They were responsive to my questions.- Rooftop pool is nice with great view of beach.- Not a lot of buildings right around this one so beach was not crowded at all.CONS: - We had to bring everything with us. They include the pots/pans, some cookware, plates, cups, coffee maker, and ninja blender, one roll of TP per bathroom and a paper towel roll. Plan on buying the rest including ice. Our salt and pepper shakers were empty. - There is a condo building under construction next to Alvins that starts work early in the morning. The Hangout can be loud at night if you have young ones (wasn't an issue for us). - Run cold? Bring blankets. There are minimal.- Be prepared to not get in a minute before check in time (or after check out). All access codes auto start/stop.- View from even # rooms is the street. If we stayed here again, I'd go odd.

Labor Day Weekend

We had a blast at this condo. The kids thought it was a "penthouse"! Location, location, location is what makes this place incredible. The rooftop pool and indoor gaming area was perfect for our crew. We will be staying here again!

Lovely Condo, great location

Property is a great location, beautiful pool on roof, walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach but the parking situation is very inconvenient. You have to park in front of property to unload and load (not covered) then park a block away in a parking lot. And there is construction next door that is very noisy and starts at 6:00 AM!!!!

This particular unit half faced the street and half a view of the water and towards the west, which was beautiful. Its location made it SO easy to just walk to the beach, or downstairs to grab some drinks, anything we forgot and there were a lot of restaurant options w/in walking distance. We recommend Matt’s ice cream. The Hangout, which is right next door, was fun for everyone in our group-ages 9 to 70. As it is so close it is easy to hear the bands that play most nights. If that’s too much for some people it was easily covered up with a white noise machine we brought. Do make sure to read how much TP, PT and soap is provided ahead of time. If staying more than a day you’ll need to get more. Totally not a problem.

Excellent all around. Beds were comfortable. Beach access was a plus. Had all the kitchen necessities. Big open living/kitchen space. Wasn’t a beach front, but side view of the beach was awesome. Perfect location for everything you need. We’ll be back!

The blend between the loading area permits and then overnight parking looked odd at first, but when you read the instructions that were sent, it worked great. This property was very clean and spacious. The rooms are exactly as the pictures of the property. The only downside is the furniture and seating options in the living room/common area are not enough for the amount of guests the property can accommodate. However, we used the dining room table chairs to sit in while watching tv, etc. I would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our time in gulf shores! The rooms were very spacious and we appreciated how well the air conditioning worked. The store underneath was very convenient! We were a little disappointed by the view and the parking situation. Parking is down and across the street. We were hoping for a little more of beach view and this room does not give much. Overall a great time just be aware of the parking and the view!

Very clean, loved the layout of the place. Super nice to have so many bathrooms too! Didn’t love the management company, they required you bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and pool towels. They provide one roll of toilet paper and paper towels. Just felt unwelcoming. The location is super convenient to the beach and food. Parking is inconvenient, and the beach doesn’t allow canopies, so it wasn’t ideal for our family with young children - not the condos fault!
