The staff were extremely helpful for our stay. They had answers to all our questions about colleges in the area. I will stay here again for our next visit. The hotel is good, room was just what we needed. The shower was tricky the first time but I figured it out. You really can't get a better staff at the front desk.

I had an accessible room which was the best I had had anywhere. It was large and had plenty of space to maneuver around with my rollator even to the toilet ! It had a low tub with bars on the wall and a seat. The only thing missing, and I pointed it out, was a bar to hold onto to step into the tub. With this bar in place I will always go back to my favorite room at the Courtyard for Marriott in Hadley to enjoy the Amherst Symphony Orchestra performances.

We stayed on the second floor. It was nice, but there were other guests outside being VERY loud during the evening, making it hard to sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. When we got there the tv wasn’t working, but it was promptly fixed, so no complaints. We will stay again and just hope those guests aren’t there at the same time. LOL
