It looks like the bed sheet didnt change.. the bed skirt is on top of the blanket.. its the bed skirt eh? it should be use to cover the bed not for blanket.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were generally friendly. However, we experienced a few issues during our stay. When we returned late one evening, the parking lot was full, and we had to park elsewhere. We were given a pass for this, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the sofa bed in our room was broken when we arrived. Maintenance provided a temporary fix so that our children could still sleep on it, but it would have been too uncomfortable for adults. We also found what appeared to be mouse droppings on the sugar packets in the kitchen area. As a result, we didn’t feel comfortable using the coffee or tea supplies. When we brought this to the attention of the front desk supervisor, she suggested that the specks were chia seeds that had somehow stuck to the packets. Since we hadn’t brought any chia seeds into the room, we remained concerned and requested compensation for the discomfort of spending the night thinking there might be mice present, along with the broken sofa bed. We were ultimately refunded the parking fees ($19 per night), which we appreciated, though it felt like a small amount considering the overall cost of the stay and the inconvenience we experienced.

Room is clean Service is excellent : once the lamp was out of order and they sent the handyman in no time. 2nd time the card reader at the room had a malfunction, again the handyman came in no time and fix it rapidly. Just the check in time was not quite smooth.

I have stayed at several Homewood Suites in Canada and all over the US. I have never stayed at one that was “Rundown” with such old and squeaky beds and broken furniture (drawer in bathroom couldn’t even close). Also they were no body wash in the dispenser , and just a small used roll of toilet paper. At checking staff was not as welcoming, she didn’t even explained where the room was…. What floor and how to get there. I had to ask her. She was very quick to just get rid of me. At check out I mentioned the problem to the

Upon arrival the parking garage is so tight and poorly lined that I had a panic attack. The front desk had 2 females working and they both had to deal with a customer on the phone… two workers, one caller, with a small line of customers, in person, in front of them. Not great. The room was not really a suite, like we’re used to getting and the paint choice makes it dark. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t as nice as advertised. Then the elevator shut down! Not good, not good at all. I’m still in a surgery boot. Never thought I’d be dealing with steps. UGH!
