Staycation

Occasionally we like to bring the children for a staycation and let them swim and have a good time. Tried this Marriot a couple weeks ago and we love it. There is a bar and they serve food items. I didn’t try the food so I can’t advise on that but every other part of this stay was wonderful. So, the hubby and I went back just us and had a couples getaway. All of the staff are so helpful. Joseph and Rosalind are the definition of customer service. Thank for the stay I’ll be back.

No hot water

Checked in around 6 pm, tried to shower and had no hot water, called the desk. The desk stayed the manager was looking into it and would call me back, never heard anything. Got up at 3am still no hot water, couldn't shower for morning meeting. Hotel had no answers and billed me full price. Not happy at all.
