Breakfast was indeeed good - sausage gravy with biscuits every day, pork sausage links or turkey sausage patties, scrambled eggs or even cheese omelettes, and a pancake machine. Hosekeeping was rough. First day, New Years Day, no cleaning occurred. Second day, housekeeper took the tip from the pillow and emptied the trash but no clean towels and only a scrap of toilet paper left in the roll. Third day, after I complained to the front desk, no bath mat, only one set of towels, and no tea bags. At this point I gave up. When we stayed there the hotel was not busy. One day the elevator was broken. When I took the stairs I found that someone had used a large cement-topped trash can to prop open an exterior door to the back parking lot. I also reported this to the front desk.

Very nice and accommodating stay. We were visiting family and the lobby area was a “homey” enough place to sit, relax and play games. Pool area was nice but got really loud with very few people, and no hot tub.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was tidy. Several parts of the hotel were rundown and need attention. The lock on my door had been reconfigured, there was mold around the caulking in the shower, the heating unit had a broken flap, there were no towels in the fitness center and no disinfected towels to clean the equipment.
