We have stayed here several times while traveling. It seems to be going downhill in the last couple years. The pool area was a disgrace. Empty beer and soda cans scattered about. No dry towels, just used ones thrown all over. Hot tub need cleaned, and was only warm. The floor in our bathroom was very sticky, but otherwise the room was okay. Breakfast used to be served with real plates and silverware. Now, it is on paper plates and plastic utensils. The juice dispenser did not work, and from previous reviews, hasn't worked for a few months. There seems to be a little bit of a language barrier, as the breakfast attendant didn't seem to understand us when we pointed out that the juice dispenser wasn't working. I really hope this location can improve because we really like stopping in this area when we are passing through.

The hotel & room had odors, both different. Not fully offensive, but enough to notice. My pillow smelled stale. We couldn't find a happy medium in the shower & ended up taking luke warm showers. There was thick dust on the wall lamps & headboard that I made obvious lines in. Not thrilled with the overall experience.

They charged me double the amount for the room. I had to call them and I still haven't had it resolved. We had a dog with us. They told us that it was included in the amount we were to pay. They then charged us an additional $25 for the dog. They lied to us!

Staff was friendly but hotel was obviously old and in need of repairs, not very clean, shower didn’t work, had luke warm water at best. If we had to stay for longer than a quick overnight I would’ve gone somewhere else.
