We had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Country Inn & Suites in Hershey! The hotel is about 15 minutes from Hersheypark, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The property was very clean, and we often saw staff vacuuming and cleaning the halls. Our room was spacious with an updated layout, a comfy king bed with plenty of pillows, and even a pullout couch, fridge, and microwave. The bathroom — always a big factor for me — was spotless, modern, and the shower was sparkling clean. The value here is incredible. The rates were very reasonable for such an updated hotel, with nice parking and multiple entrances. There were two elevators, so we never waited long. It was also quiet — we didn’t hear neighbors through walls, floors, or the hallway, which made our stay even more relaxing. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety, including hot foods and five different cereals. The hotel also provides free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate 24/7, which we loved. Overall, this is a clean, quiet, updated, and family-friendly hotel that honestly felt like it should cost more than it did. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

Great value and location

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. One complaint was that room fridge did not have a freezer. Breakfast was okay-cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, tater tots, one fruit, yogurt, oatmeal. Apple juice and lemonade (no orange juice). Coffee was just okay. Overall, great value and good location close to stores and restaurants. Would stay again.

Great stay

This hotel is very nice, clean and friendly staff. The room was very clean bed and pillows super comfortable not like other hotels ive been too. Super quiet where i was actually able to sleep. Check out was at 12 noon which also was a plus. Breakfast was also excellent as well. Overall i had a great stay and hopefully i can come again soon.

Overall Pleasant stay

Our stay at Country Inn & Suites was enjoyable. The hotel was clean, quiet, well maintained, reasonably priced and had very good customer service. After a day at Hershey Park we came back to find our air conditioner not working and it was in the 90s all week. They offered to relocate us or have maintenance come the next morning to replace the unit. We opted for the second option. They brought us a fan for the night and the next morning maintenance was there to replace it. We went to have breakfast and then to the pool and after only an hour and a half the AC unit was changed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was below average. The only other criticism I have is that we put the do not disturb sign on the door handle outside the room two out of the four days we stayed because we left cash and a few other valuables behind so that we would not lose them at Hershey Park. They ignored the sign went in and cleaned the room anyway. I would definitely recommend the hotel putting those little room safes in if management has the cleaners enter the rooms even when the do not disturb sign is on the door handle.

My experience

The hotel staff were very nice and professional. The breakfast wasn’t that great . Didn’t have the best selection. The room was okay. Our bathtub drain was clogged and not sure if anyone ran a vacuum because there was some trash left behind. Plus I found left over food in the fridge. The pool area was gross. The location was okay. I didn’t care for the highway being right behind the establishment because all you heard throughout the night was loud cars passing by.

I chose this hotel because it was close to Hershey Park. This property was shiny clean! Staff were pleasant & polite. Pretty fireplace with cozy seating area near the front desk. Room was spacious & smelled nice. Breakfast=YUM! Hot tub was very soothing after a long drive with arthritis. Courtesy text reminder of Quiet Time hours was awesome!!! Wish we could have stayed another night!

Good value for the price, especially the suite with seperate bedroom. All in all, the stay was enjoyable and close to Sheetz, shopping, and restaurants. Okay breakfast buffet, but the hours should be extended past 9:30 am. Also, the pool area could use some decor to make it more inviting.
