No AC filthy carpet

When I was at the airport I called the hotel to find out what bus to catch thai Days inn representative hung up on me. When I got to the hotel my room was on the second floor. The whole floor did not have air condition and the air conditioner in my room didn't work. When I went to the desk in the morning to check out the person behind the desk said talk to the person in the tomorrow. I talked to the person on the next day. She said talk to the person on Monday when I called on Monday. They said call back tonight and talk to the person at the desk at night. Either way I would like some kind of discount. The carpet was disgusting throughout the hotel and there's no AC.

Nice hotel. Very helpful staff. Good for one night stay and very early morning run to the airport a few minutes away. However it seems that the hotel is next to the runway. Last plane took off at 2 am or so. Not conducive to sleep to say the least.

I was given a room where the carpet was dirty, the shower didn't work, and there was no iron in the room. The staff response was slow. I finally was allowed to use a shower in another room but this was after midnight and I had already unpacked my clothes in the original room.

We could never get someone to come in and change out our trash. The room was dirty and covered in dust when arrived. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana. Our sheets were never changed in the 8 days we stayed there. And all of the drains had globes of hair in them.

Uuuhhhhhmmmmmmmmm don’t even know what to say

I checked in with myself in four children, got a rollaway bed that did not fit in the room. We had to climb over it in order to get to the other side of the room. The bathroom was very dirty a Band-Aid in the drain dirt all around the toilet, a rolled joint on the floor bugs in the overhead lighting two towels for five people for a tonight three day stay went to the desk three times to ask for towels in bath mats. They gave me one towel. I said there’s five of us in the room and there was only two towels. They said they did not have anymore. They told me to come back in the morning so I did. They did not have any towels they told me to ask housekeeping and I did. They had just thrown towels in the wash. There was none dry so we went to Six Flags for the day we came back, asked for towels, so we could all shower. They did not have any. I went to the desk again. I asked the lady again for another towel, she had one and told me I should have asked housekeeping during the day. I said we just got back. There was no towels this morning and when I did ask, there was none available I said don’t you have any rooms that are not booked that I could possibly have a couple towels they said no we’re fully booked so we all had to share our towels and went down the following morning so we could get a towel to check out after we took showers and there was none available again never in my life have I stayed at a hotel and not had a towel to shower in and I travel a lot
