Better check if you can park at hotel and shuttle

Choose this hotel because they offered parking with shuttle to airport. Upon late night arrival I was told I could not leave my car with no explanation from night clerk. So instead of shuttling to airport for a 5:30 am flight I had to drive to airport parking, park and take airport shuttle to the airport. Extremely disappointed. Misrepresentation

The property is old and dated. There were no washcloths in the bathroom and the towels were thin and scratchy. A week after the heavy snow the parking lot was a mess and the snow and ice had never been appropriately removed. Good things: very professional front desk host, nice lobby, comfortable bed. Room was clean.

Place Needs an Update

My room and the hallway needs an update. Other than the flat screen TV in my room, the furniture looked like it was from the 1960's. All that was missing was the place to put in the quarter for the bed to vibrate. Thermostat could not regulate the temperature. Temperature would drop well below the set temperature then overshoot.

There were chips in our sheets, took a very long time for the water to get hot enough for a shower, plus the elevator broke. The best thing going for this place is the chef Stephano. A rwmarable man and excellent cook. He was very personable and went the extra mile to make breakfast outstanding.

My stay at hotel on 2/20/25

Got to hotel at midnight - desk personnel (Dylan) was very efficient , polite and professional. I only have 2 small complaints. Coffee pot water reservoir didn’t look clean, could have just been water stains. I would suggest buying a new one. Breakfast was not ready at 6 but desk personnel (Dylan) worked the counter AND started food prep. Apparently employee called in sick at last minute and Dylan offered to work over his normal shift. Give this man a raise😀

Skating Rink with closed pool

The parking lot was not plowed and it was a sheet of ice, it wasn’t treated with salt, and was a skating rink. We booked this particular hotel because it had the indoor pool, however never booked and showed up we were informed that the pool was closed for renovations…..very disappointing. We were unable to cancel our reservation and get our money back and go elsewhere. Other than the unplowed, skating rink parking lot and the closed pool, the stay was good.
