The room smelled of cigarette smoke though it was nonsmoking. There was limited hot water in the shower. Definitely the worst Hampton Inn I’ve stayed in.

I stayed on the first floor. I could not open the blinds because people would see into the room. Couldn’t take a hot shower. I only used the hot water but the water was warm. If I would’ve as cold water to balance the temp it would’ve been cold.

Room is not well maintained and cleaned. White stains spread all over the carpet; dark hairs left on towels and floor; front desk personals annoyed by clients; no clarity on the shuttle hour. Overall not recommended, not clean and no good welcoming staff.

The receptionist was kind and professional. However, the room (527)had no hot water at 730p. Called front desk and had tech repair it. It took 30min to get repaired and water was below 'warm' after. Again, no hot water on next day in the morning.

The front desk staff were pleasant and professional. hotel had free cookies and coffee/tea in lobby which was a nice addition. room was clean and comfortable. Area around hotel and outside the hotel building itself wasn’t very attractive. parking seems to be safe and plenty of room. Pool was supposed to be heated but was quite cool. we did ask for temp to be raised and the maintenance man was nice enough to do so but it took a long time for the water to feel even warm. Towels were ridiculously small at the pool. like hand towel size almost. breakfast was typical but was nicely presented and varied. would love for breakfast hours to be later esp over holidays. Positive experience overall

The hotel is a bit run down and needs upgrades across the board. Didn’t feel comparable to other Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at. Also the location is quite isolated and there’s nothing within walking distance (restaurants, bars, stores,…).
