Good new property with adequate room size and clean. close to the airport, offers shuttle service as early as 3am I took the 4am shuttle to the airport and the driver was on-time and friendly.

smoke smell in hotel room

I just had a conversation with Manager Sal, he was not available on yesterday when we checked out, the strong smell of cigarettes reeked our room while getting ready to check out. Sal stated "there is nothing he can do" and if I was to call Customer Service "they would just send me back to him" This is not good business, especially when overall the hotel was not bad. WE WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN AND BE sure to let our loved ones know. Yours truly , unsatisfied customer Johnson
