The location is nice, close to the parkway. Thereafter, the place needs total renovation. The price is way too high for a place that is down-run. Current pictures are not accurate: carpet is old and dirty, elevator mmm… hallways, what can I said. some residents have dogs you can imagine… I would never stay here against and neither pay upfront but at the property so that will allow me to check the rooms first.

A awesome place to stay whether just traveling through or staying in the area. Easy on and off the Interstate with lots of parking. A great staff from front desk to breakfast servers. Everyone made us feel at home. The rooms are spacious and feels like you are home not a hotel/motel/suite. Will definitely stay here again in the near future and recommend anyone traveling through to stop in and stay the night.

Didn't get a chance to enjoy the breakfast or pool as intended, however customer service and cleanliness was outstanding! Plus they gave a small welcome bag with some water and little treats/snacks! Parking was easy, and location even though was by highway, was relatively quiet!

Landscaping terrible overgrown never been cut. The outside building needs to be repainted inside the room that I stayed in room one06 first floor has cracked tiles in the bathroom. The kitchen needs re-renovating the bathroom. The bathroom tub needs to be replaced fungus on the grout. The rugs throughout the whole entire room needs to be replaced. The sofa is ripped the kitchen table and chairs are about 20 years old need to be replaced.

First thing: I asked to extend my stay for a week and stay in the same room as I had come to town to see a sick relative and she had passed away. I was told there was a price difference, so I agreed. I was also told I would be charged a bereavement rate. I am looking at ny bills, and I have been charged $50 higher than any rate posted on the Marriott.com reservation site for the next 3 months. So not only did I not get the special rate promised, I was charged the highest possible rack rate. I was taken advantage of in a rime of high stress and grief. Now for the property: the landscaping is overgrown and raggedy looking, looks like it has not been attended to all season. The kitchen LED light dims and brightens annoyingly, kitchen has inadequate lighting. Ice maker in the freezer makes a loud rattle constantly whether it is on or off. There is one saute pan and 1 very large pot, nothing smaller. No spatula for flipping anything In the skillet, no strainer. The top dresser drawer opens on its own. The tub has mold and cracked areas in the seal. I am so harsh and picky with the review because they took advantage of my situation and overcharged me by close to $80 per night.

The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean but the room and the outside of the hotel are overdue for a remodel and maintenance. The single handle spigot at our bathroom vanity was extremely hard to maneuver. It definitely needs to be replaced. The bathtub did not drain properly. You were standing in a couple of inches of water at the end of a shower.
