I booked online and was surprised to be charged $20 MORE for the second night. The hotel claimed that was due to the holiday weekend. The weekend does not start on THURSDAY night! I looked online where I booked the reservation and the price quoted was NOT the $20 more I was charged. This extra charge was NOT due to taxes or fees! It was a higher rate than quoted. I asked for a refund showing them on my phone that it was advertised at s as lower rate. A very young girl told me there was nothing they could do. I booked based on the hot tub and pool. I was told the hot tub had been not working for THREE YEARS!!! False advertising!! The pool was right in the middle of the walking/eating area. Terrible place to put a pool. It was covered over with a tarp. I will never stay there again.

This property needs work. When we arrived it looked like a staff member had their family and kids with them as they were hanging out in the office area and running around the pool. Also the gentlemen watching these children was wearing a hospital band and was just visiting. The hotel itself was dirty, random feathers in the hallways, mop buckets and garbage bags in the hallways and it looked run down. The room itself was small; the drain in the bathroom wouldn’t stay up to drain out the water from a shower and the sink was coming off the wall with all the silicone peeling up and cracking. Random spots on the walls and just looked like the room needed a deep clean. Also extremely noisy. You could hear people all night long talking in the hallways and could hear kids screaming at the pool.

OK Room

It was an ok room. Nothing fancy but our room was roomy as we had a single king. The washroom was roomy and bright. The hot rub was not working and no one told us that. The pool was definately chilly and was hard on a diabetic. However the sauna was nice. Cleaning needs to be a little better as we found a dirty sock on the window sill.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve experienced in a long time. I was checked into the room, deadbolt didn’t work. I didn’t feel safe in the room I was in, so they checked me into the room next door, deadbolt still didn’t work. It was loud all night, the walls are super thin. Just wasn’t overall a good stay or experience.
