We didn't get much sleep during our stay because the person in the room next to us (room 109) had their TV BLARRING all night long. I finally went to the front desk at 3:40 a.m. and complained. The person I spoke to said they would call the person in the room and ask them to turn down their TV. I don't know if she called the person in the room or not, but nothing changed. The TV remained blasting loud. So at 4:30 a.m. I went to the front desk and complained again. The lady said she would take care of it. She tried calling the room and knocking on the door and finally the person turned down the TV around 4:45 a.m. Neither one of us could get back to sleep after that so we finally got up at 6:00, got cleaned up, ate breakfast and got ready to leave. As we were checking out, we informed the person at the front desk of our experience. After doing so, her response to us was "Oh." That was it. No "I'm sorry." Or "I'm sorry that happened. Is there anything we can do to make things better?" Nothing. Just "Oh." Don't people actually care about their customers and their experience? Don't they actually want people to come back and stay again? We hadn't stayed at a Comfort Inn in a while. We won't be back.
