Breakfast options were limited, and some food was unfortunately undercooked. However, the location made up for it plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the shopping options were perfect. Loved the small-town vibes and the charming local atmosphere. Overall a pleasant stay.

The pull out bed had items in it that did not belong there. Housekeeping did not come to take care of the room until after 3pm. The "breakfast" amenity consisted of a broken waffle maker both days, no forks one day, no napkins the next, no refilling of empty food trays one day and waiting 20 minutes for them to be refilled the next day, only to be told to "get what you want because we're closing in 5 minutes". There were no eggs of any type and were told on the 2nd day their truck didn't show up. Better management would have planned to accommodate for this by the 2nd day of our stay. (There was a Wal-Mart less than 2 miles away). The only positive things were the desk staff were friendly and the location was perfect.
This was in the pull out bed when it was opened up.

The staff would not let anyone check in before 3pm. This caused a crowded scene in the lobby with everyone rushing to check in. I have never had this problem at Hilton or Marriott hotels.
