Room was a little dirty and outdated. Being a little older would have been perfectly fine if our room was a bit cleaner. There was hair everywhere and dirt in every corner. Alao, not very safe at all. You do not need a key card to walk into anything and the room door had to be slammed shut or else it wouldnt close at all.

Great value for families traveling with kids. Excellent location and close to Hershey Park. The beds were comfortable, but the walls are thin and the doors offer no soundproofing, so you can hear everything! There was a lot of noise still at midnight.

Very convenient location in Hershey. Walkable attractions and restaurants. Hotel staff was great- pool was clean and hot tub was a lovely treat. Would return!

The room looked clean but the floor was dirty we bought new socks and every day they were black. They finally washed our floor the day before we were leaving. I also had a baby that was crawling on the floor so I wasnt happy that the floors were so dirty.

The location is close to the Hersey attractions. The staff was nice enough for us to check in early. Otherwise would be good value but the hotel is noisy. We can hear running water and people next doors as well as the loud noisy from the heater fan. We also had bad experience as on the 2nd day the hot water was not working in the shower. It seems to be from the knob but there was nothing the hotel could do. They did offer us room change but being it was our last night turn it down.
