We provide all house hold items and linens so just bring your bag for a fabulous getaway!

This is our go-to place to stay in the Franklin area. The cabins are cozy and very adequate especially for the price. We have stayed there three times now it will always be the first place we recommend. The cabins are suitable for a family of four or less though there is a larger cabin that could probably take a larger family.The cabins are always clean when we check in. The two cabins we have stayed in include a small kitchenet with the utensils/equipment available that is suitable for making simple meals and serving 2-4 people. This cabin had a covered area with a propane grill, picnic table, swing, and lounging chairs and it was great to sit outside and enjoy the mild weather there.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay. Admittedly, we arrived late in the night and had a bit of trouble finding our exact cabin to stay in. But the host was extremely gracious and took the time to make sure we got to the right spot. They were friendly and communicative and we felt right at home once we arrived. It’s a wonderful little cabin and we would definitely stay again in the future.

Rental did not use mattress protector or encasement. There were thin sheets with visible stains on the mattress. We did contact the host but we were told clean sheets are only provided and they spray the mattress with lysol between guest, which I feel is unsanitary. The heat was propane and the smoke/co2 monitor was not working upon testing . We contacted the host he said the battery may be dead and he would bring a battery. We decided to check out same day as arrival.

We have stayed here several times, and it never disappoints. Clean, cozy, and comfortable. Kitchen has everything we need, and the bed is very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and very convenient to downtown Franklin. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have been here a few times before, and we always enjoy our stay at this property. The cabin is clean, cozy, and perfect for a couple's getaway. It has everything we need: a comfortable bed, kitchen necessities, and an outside dining space. The cabin is close to town, but in a quiet neighborhood. The host was quick to respond whenever we contacted her. Highly recommend, and we hope to return soon.
