Rent In Highlands Vacation Rental Cancellation Policy

Policy (A)  for reservations less than 20 days:
A reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, the renter shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.

Policy (B) for reservations of 20 days or more and reservations made 6 months in advance:
NO refund is given unless the property is re-rented under the same terms (Trip insurance is available and recommended to help protect your trip).

So good we are going back this month!

This rental is within walking distance of Main Street, groceries, shopping and restaurants. It is also on one of the main hiking trails. The gas fireplace was lovely. Two bedrooms and 2 baths. Smallish kitchen but it was just what we needed! We are going back in June! That says it all.

Thanksgiving get away!

This charming cottage is right in the heart of an upscale neighborhood one block from shops and restaurants. It’s very quiet and a great starting point to see all of the beautiful scenery and waterfalls in Highlands. Grocery store is close by and the property managers were awesome! I would definitely stay here again. So cute!

Ideal location

Perfect location to walk into town, adorable house in a really cute and nice neighborhood. Friendly neighbors as well. We were close to all the happenings of downtown and close to many hikes and waterfalls. Would definitely come back!

Great Spot

This was the perfect spot for me and my wife. It's close to town so you can walk everywhere. Very clean. Very nicely decorated. It was just outstanding and I'd highly recommend it, especially if you like to leave the car in the driveway!

Octagon home

Nice property. Owner never responded to a question I posed 2 months prior to rental date. Can lights didn't work in one bedroom and there was no smoke derector in that bedroom. Plenty of kitchen dishes, glasses and untensils. Comfy beds and very short walk to Ugly Dog.

Great location!

This place was so darling!! We came in town for a long weekend with another couple and it was perfect. We walked everywhere. Truly perfect for 2 couples. Everything was very clean and decorated nicely to feel cozy without a bunch of clutter everywhere. The rooms were identical and we loved that they both had king beds and an ensuite bathroom. No trying to figure out which couple gets the “better room”. We enjoyed all of the wonderful restaurants all weekend so we didn’t do any cooking at the house. One thing that would be really great to add would be a coat rack maybe on the wall behind the front door! The nextdoor neighbors were also really friendly and nice. They were waking their dogs and gave us some great restaurant recommendations! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
