Our first room had bedbugs. The second room had a super small bathroom. The entire room was extremely small. It didn’t appear clean. The desk chair was broken. The room looked old and like it needed to be remodeled. I was very disappointed. I will never come back. I am rethinking if I even want to book a room at any Best Western ever again. The staff was difficult to understand which made matters even worse. Basically what a waste of my money. I am thankful my husband checked the room for bedbugs after he smelled bug spray in the room.

They stay at the hotel was good, the parking was awful. There were too many trailers in the parking lot, most were using more than one space, There was several using 4 spaces, making it very difficult for us to park our motorcycles. Suggestion: ask people with trailers to use overflow lot.

I loved they had an indoor pool and outdoor pool! We have a wonderful stay. Every staff I came in contact with was very pleasant. They could clean the laundry room better. Other that that everything was nice and clean! Breakfast was good!

Awesome stay near Mt. Rushmore

Best hotel of this vacation. Room was spacious and amazing. The pool was huge and amazing. The kids loved it! Awesome breakfast too!
