Tämä kahden makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyamme Island Club Condo on oikea valita perhe getaways ja muita kokoontumisia. Viihdettä voi nauttia kaikilla yhteisön uima-altaalla, porealtaalla, yhdeksällä tenniskentällä, kalastus laguunilla ja piknikalueilla.

Huvila sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä Atlantin valtamerestä ja rannasta sekä yhteisön muista mukavuuksista, kuten koripallo- ja racquetball-kentistä sekä kuntoklubista ja pro shopista. Tästä Folly Field -alueen huoneistosta on lyhyt ajomatka Hilton Head Islandin monista hienoista kaupoista ja ravintoloista.

Neljännen kerroksen huoneistossasi on täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on päivitetyt kaapit, modernit laitteet ja kaksipaikkainen aamiaisbaari. Olohuoneessa on 32-tuumainen taulu-tv kaapelilla ja DVD-soittimella, ulosvedettävä vuodesohva ja pääsy merinäköala-terassille liukuovien avulla. Makuuhuoneessa on lisäksi pääsy patioon, king-vuode ja kylpyhuone, jossa on amme / suihku. Great condo - great location

The condo was well-equipped for anything you might want to do. The property has a pool, tennis courts, bike racks, a great beach access path and rinse-off station. We could see a bit of the ocean from our deck, and it was only a short walk away. The beds were comfy, although could have used sheets with a higher thread count. There was plenty of space for 4 adults. The kitchen was well-equipped and a full size washer and dryer were most helpful. The owner provided some laundry pods and dishwasher tabs. Nice. We would definitely rent again.

Great location and space some pre clean needed

The space was excellent! We were in town for a wedding. My husband and I stayed in the condo and we had guests in for dinner one night. The space was perfect for our group. When we arrived, one of the toilets was not flushing properly We reported the problem. We did not hear back from anyone in the evening we checked in. Because the toilet had already been used, I really needed the problem to be addressed quickly. My husband was able to fix it. On arrival, the place needed some cleaning. I washed the floors and, some dishes and utensils that were put away dirty. The master bedroom comforter and sheets did not smell fresh. I changed out the beds before using them. My feedback is this: overall a great place to stay. The space was perfect and the amenities very good with close proximity to the ocean. I would book here again for sure! However, the housekeeping inspection should be better. I did a good amount of cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms and changed out the bed, before I would feel comfortable.

Had a great time.

Unit was clean and very nice. Furniture and master bed were comfortable but our guests said the double bed mattress dipped to the center. The kitchen had everything we needed except a 9 x 13 cake pan but we bought an aluminum pan so it was not a problem. When we checked in, we reported that the screen on the sliding door was out of the track and the next day a very nice man came and fixed it. The balcony doesn't have a beach/ocean view but was still nice to sit and talk. Two coffee pots, one for ground coffee to make a pot and one for coffee k-cups for single cups. Ocean was much warmer than expected. Pool is fantastic. All in all a wonderful time.

Nice, quiet location

We especially liked the location of our building (Atlantic 1). Our end unit with a view of the beach was great. Very quiet, which was surprising given the number of cars in the parking areas. Access to the beach was close. The condo had everything we needed and then some; beach chairs, a kitchen full of cooking essentials, many extra blankets and towels. We were very comfortable and would recommend this rental for families looking for a quiet, relaxed getaway.

Great condo!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful week staying at Island Club. The unit is very well furnished with new kitchen appliances and a very nice washer and dryer. The toaster should be replaced. The slot on the left side always burns the waffles and toast. I believe the heating element is broken. It would be nice to have a few hangers in the closets as well. Other than those 2 minor things, the condo is very nice and comfortable. Short walk to the beach and pools. We used the gym a few times. I would stay here again.

Beautiful family friendly complex so close to beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this property. Quick walk to beach, elevator nearby with rolling carts on main level for loading/unloading. Great pool walking distance and close to stores and restaurants. Kitchen and living area larger than they appeared in photos. Lots of sheets and blankets. The vacasa team at the property kept the main areas clean and safe. Great place for families !!

Exactly as Described

Property was very clean and well stocked with towels, dish soap, laundry soap, pot/pans, and kitchen utensils. I did wish they had offered beach towels and chairs/umbrellas. I was able to rent one on the beach for $40 for 2 chairs/1 large umbrella for the entire day so that was nice. Overall, I would recommend the property.

First time at this condo and had everything we needed. Great response from property manager when we needed help. Nicely decorated and nicely furnished for an extended stay. The floors needed better cleaning but everything else looked great. We would stay here again.

Just right!

We enjoyed our stay and was a good place for my senior parents and my infant son. The elevators were perfect and right outside our condo. The property also has luggage carriers and shopping carts to bring your stuff up however on departure someone had taken the luggage carriers and not returned. The condo was very comfortable and well stocked with what you would need. We would certainly stay here again

We enjoyed our stay at Island Club but did miss being closer to shops & restaurants. We typically stay at Palmetto Dunes & really enjoy the conveniences there.

Enjoyed our short getaway!

This unit is very nice, great size for 6. Very clean! You can see a small view of the ocean from the balcony. Short walk to the beach. Many amenities to make this a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend if you don’t have to have ocean front but want to be on the beach!
